Disney and Marvel Studios have pulled Black Widow from its May 1 release date and suspended all active productions due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). These include Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki right now, but even more upcoming productions could be impacted. Obviously, none of these impacts are of primary concern with respect to COVID-19, but they are signs of how our way of life has changed for the time being and it’s okay for fans to feel disappointed. This news, of course, is relevant to this podcast, so host Sean Gerber delivers his full analysis of these stories and more in this episode.
