Marvel Studios President and Marvel Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige is heading to Brazil! The studio chief will appear during Marvel’s panel at CCXP 2019 on Saturday, December 7. The news was announced by Omelete, the Brazilian outlet that hosts the convention.
Feige is expected to share news about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including 2020 films Black Widow and The Eternals. Recent Marvel marketing patterns and the rumor mill have a Black Widow trailer landing in advance of CCXP next week, but Feige could bring additional footage to the show.
The CCXP may also be blessed with the first footage anyone outside of Marvel has seen from current productions The Eternals, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and WandaVision. The two Disney+ series started production earlier this month, but Marvel has turned around footage for conventions that quickly before. The Eternals is a few months into production, however, so a sneak peek of that film seems like a safe bet.
Marvel Studios also has seven open release dates across 2022 and 2023. If Feige wants to make a big splash at CCXP, he could fill in one or two of those blanks.
