The Walt Disney Studios is ready for the Marvel Cinematic Universe to continue after Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4. The company set six release dates for Marvel Studios from 2021 through 2022.

The new release dates are as follows.

  • May 7, 2021
  • July 30, 2021
  • November 5, 2021
  • February 18, 2022
  • May 6, 2022
  • July 29, 2022

This means Marvel Studios will continue releasing three films per year for the foreseeable future. They also have three release dates in 2020 (May 1, July 31, and November 6), plus the Spider-Man: Homecoming (July 5, 2019) in the post-Avengers 4 era.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will probably take the May 1, 2020 date and the rest is a guessing game. We can probably expect sequels for Black Panther (possibly coming back to February in 2022?), Doctor StrangeAnt-Man and the Wasp, and Captain Marvel to take up some of those dates.

Black Widow will probably take one of those dates as well along with a potential fifth Avengers film eyed for that May 6, 2022 date. Marvel Studios will likely mix in at least one or two more franchise debuts somewhere between 2020 and 2022.

What films do you think will land on all of Marvel’s open release dates? Make your predictions in the comments!
