The Marvel Collector Corps is no more! That’s not entirely true, but there are big changes coming for Marvel and Funko fans. Funko announced yesterday that the subscription service will be discontinued as of April 16, 2018.

The last box that will automatically be sent to subscribers is this month’s Black Panther collection. There will be an Avengers: Infinity War box, but it must be ordered separately through the Marvel Collector Corps website. The box will ship in late April.

Funko will then make future Marvel Collector Corps boxes retail exclusives. They have not announced which retailer(s) will carry the boxes going forward. Funko will be doing the same thing with their Star Wars and Disney subscription boxes.

The Marvel Collector Corps subscription service launched in early 2015. The first box, dedicated to Avengers: Age of Ultron, was sent out in April of that year. It featured the very popular Hulkbuster exclusive Pop! figure.

We will provide more updates as they become available. In the meantime, subscribers can order their Avengers: Infinity War box here.
