Marvel Studios is bringing the full power of its brand to the latest round of ANT-MAN marketing. In addition to name-dropping The Avengers in the extended TV spot above, a new series of posters has the diminutive superhero standing atop three key pieces of Marvel iconography- Iron Man’s armor, Captain American’s shield, and Thor’s hammer. It’s a strong message to audiences that not only states where this new character is coming from, but also where his future lies with Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) set to appear in 2016’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR.

Marvel’s ANT-MAN, directed by Peyton Reed, will be in theaters July 17.
